CANCELLATION
POLICY:Cancellations requests must be in writing
or via this on-line request form. Cancellation requests received by
June 1 will entitle you to a refund of all payments received, minus a
$25 administrative fee.
For cancellation requests
received after June 1, Cornell will retain an amount
equal to the camp fee minus any unused room and board costs. Any remaining balance
will be refunded including prepaid weekend stay-over and transportation fees.
For resident and commuter campers, the typical
refund is $45 per full day of camp not attended. The typical refund of a five
day camp is $180 (four full days of camp at $45/day). For day
campers, the cost of lunch each day, $8, is refunded. If only a $100
deposit was paid, there is no refund issued.
Your refund will be
processed by the same means we received your payment. If you paid via a credit
card, a credit will be issued to your account. If you paid by check, you will
receive a refund by mail in approximately four weeks.

to notify the camp office.
Sorry, we DO NOT accept phone or faxed cancellation
requests!
