on beautiful Cayuga Lake. Campers use Cornell's new fleet of
sailboats!

Our sailing camps features two
three hour sessions each day (Sundays have one four hour session).
Each session begins at Cornell's marina on Cayuga Lake in Ithaca,
NY. Campers learn the skills and techniques needed to become a knowledgeable
sailor through expert demonstration and hands on sailing. They will
execute new sailing skills each day when they man Cornell's modern
sailboat fleet. The fleet includes eleven Vanguard Racing 14' Intercollegiate
420's, two J24', a Pierson 26' sailboat and three 26ft Rangers.
Resident camp includes lodging and
meals in one of our award-winning dining halls. Resident campers also
have fun while participating in evening recreation Sunday-Wednesday
evenings. Recreational activities include recreational sports, swimming,
miniature golf, batting cages, bowling, movies, nature walks and go-carting.
Commuter campers receive all of the same sailing instruction as residents.

Resident Camp Schedule
Registration for
resident campers will be held on Sunday from 1-1:30 p.m. at Robert
Purcell Community Center. Commuters will register at the marina on
Cayuga lake at 2 p.m. Orientation and the first sailing session will
be from 2:30-4:30 p.m. at the marina. See

Campers will have a morning and afternoon sailing
session Monday-Thursday. Commuters should be dropped off at 8:15 a.m.
and picked up at 5:15 p.m. at the marina each day. Resident campers
will participate in our evening recreation program Sunday-Wednesday.
Facilities
Resident camper breakfast and dinner will be
served in Robert Purcell Community Center, one of Cornell's world
class dining halls. A bag lunch will be provided at the lake. Campers
will utilize Cornell's sailing fleet on Cayuga lake and use athletic
facilities for rec sports, bowling, swimming, etc. For directions

What to Bring
All campers need an alarm clock, bedding's,
towels, swimsuit, and pillow, toiletries and other personal items.
They MUST
bring
a water bottle and sunscreen. Campers should also consider bringing
a fan.
Transportation
Camp staff will pick up campers at the Ithaca
airport or bus station. You MUST
contact us in writing three weeks before camp starts with arrival
mode, date and time. There is a $20
round trip fee for this service. For
