Created for teams and individuals who desire
summer-time dual meet competition. We will develop a program to
fit your team’s needs. The competition schedule is flexible, allowing
your team to wrestle as many matches as you and your team desire.
Clinicians will oversee and critique individual matches after each
dual meet. Clinicians will direct and evaluate individual dual meet
performances. Last year, teams from NY, NJ, PA, MD, VT, FL, LA,
NC, CT and MO squared off in some exciting dual meet action. This
camp is a great way to develop team unity and to gain invaluable
mat experience. Coaches are encouraged to attend, but it is not
required. Running in
conjunction with the high school team camp will be our junior high
school and younger Team Concept Camp. Contact
the coaching staff for recommended ages.
The wrestling team camp features an hour of instruction followed by
a dual meet during each of the morning, afternoon and evening sessions.
The evening session will include review and work on weaknesses with
an assigned coach, as well as a combination of the following: goal
setting, mental preparation, nutrition, individual video critique
and wrestling games. Campers receive a FREE
Cornell camp T-shirt..
